1. What kind of battery door quality does you selling?
Our main full housing are original and oem quality with parts and without parts
2. How about RMA(Return Material Authorization) police?
If there is any RMA, could collect them to around 100pcs, then send back to us by EMS(China Post), we will check and test it once
we received, and then replace reference new ones(which could replace) with new order.
Details as bellow shows:
1>* 6 months warranty but don't take responsibility for there situations as follows:
1. Man-made damage
2. Install damage
3. the product is already used
4. the product is broken(PS:the LCD broken,the glass broken,the flex broken,the main board broken ect.)
Ps: if the front cover are Scratched, buyer need to fill the market price to replace new one.
2>* Defective Goods Substitution Policy:
1. Only could exchange goods, do not refund the money.
2. Could exchange after seller received and tested the defective goods.
3. Buyer need to responsible the freight send back to Guangzhou for exchanging, seller need to responsible freight for RMA
2. How could I buy products if there is no price on the website?
Buyers need to send required product details via e-mail. Then a reasonable quotation as request would be provided.
4: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 3-5 days if the goods are in stock.
5: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we can provide sample, but customer need pay the freight.
6. Which kind of Packing:
Packed with anti-static bag ,bubble bags and foam box, which ensure your goods' safety .
We accept your packing, can, logo and image etc, all by customers' request. During the packaging
process, preventive measures will be taken by us to assure that the goods are in a good condition
during storage and delivery.
